• 150g or 1/2 cup yogurt or soy yogurt
• 50g or 1/4 cup strawberries
• 50g or 1/4 cup blueberries
• 16 g or 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
• 1 cup almond milk
• 40g or 1/4 cup Cherrios or handful of sliced fruit of choice as topping
Directions:
Mix yogurt, milk, peanut butter and berries together. Top with Cherrios or sliced fruit.
