This 3-ingredient mug cake is a quick way to satisfy your chocolate cravings. This healthy chocolate mug cake is flourless, refined sugar-free and oil-free too!
2 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup (you can sub an equal amount of sugar-free syrup, or sugar-free chocolate sauce)
1/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon peanut butter
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients except the powdered sugar in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.
Spray a mug or ramekin with cooking spray.
Microwave at high power for 1 minute.
Middle should be soft but cooked; if it needs more time add 15 second increments until done.
Dig in! Dust with optional powdered sugar
