  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

4. Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is well incorporated.

5. Add chocolate chips: Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
