• 1 - 15 ounce can chickpeas
• 16 grams or 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 100 grams or 1 small red pepper
• 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
• 10 basil leaves
• 2 spring onions chopped
• 1 onion (small) chopped
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 large tomatoes
• 1 carrot (optional)
• Salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Chop up all of the vegetables and set aside.
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas and add to the vegetables.
3. Mix all ingredients with the balsamic vinegar and enjoy in a lettuce
wrap, on top of a bed of greens, or even a sandwich if your calories
permit.
