• 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsb paprika • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1/2 tsp dried thyme • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 lbs uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (or chicken) • 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges • Success® Boil-in-Bag White Rice
Serve with vegetables of choice. Steamed, grilled, sautéed or roasted.
Directions
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 9 ingredients. 2. Add the shrimp, seal bag and turn to coat. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. On 4 metal (or soaked wooden) skewers, thread shrimp and lemon wedges. 5. Preheat grill to medium heat. 6. Grill covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, turning once. 7. While shrimp is grilling, cook rice according to package directions. 8. Serve shrimp skewers over hot rice.
