Ingredients:
1.5lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic (2 tablespoon garlic powder)
1-8 oz can crushed tomatoes
full head of cabbage
2 cups chicken bone broth
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you like spice)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon my monk fruit sugar (or any sugar)
Slow Cooker DIrections:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain fat
Chop up cabbage
Mince garlic
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high
Instant Pot Directions:
Brown the ground beef in the instant pot on saute
Chop up cabbage
Mince garlic
Add all ingredients to the IP and cook for 20 minutes.
Release steam
