Michele’s cabbage beef stew is packed with tender chunks of beef, vibrant cabbage, and a medley of vegetables that come together in a rich, flavorful broth. It’s a one-pot wonder that’s simple to make, loaded with nutrients, and guaranteed to become a favorite in your home. Whether you’re looking to meal prep for the week or whip up something comforting for dinner, this stew is a winner.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic (2 tablespoon garlic powder)

  • 1-8 oz can crushed tomatoes

  • full head of cabbage

  • 2 cups chicken bone broth

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you like spice)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon my monk fruit sugar (or any sugar)



Slow Cooker DIrections:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain fat

  2. Chop up cabbage

  3. Mince garlic

  4. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high


Instant Pot Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in the instant pot on saute

  2. Chop up cabbage

  3. Mince garlic

  4. Add all ingredients to the IP and cook for 20 minutes.

  5. Release steam
