Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup Cooked chicken
1/4 cup Shredded cheese
1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 Flour or corn tortillas. 150 calorie max per serving.
Optional Toppings
1/2 cup Shredded lettuce
1/4 cup Shredded carrot
1 Green onion
Directions:
ln a microwave safe bowl, stir together chicken, cheese, buffalo sauce, seasonings, and Greek yogurt. Microwave for 45 seconds (or until warm and melty). Stir again once warm and spread mixture evenly over both tortillas.
Sprinkle lettuce, carrots, green onions (or whatever vegetables you choose) if using, then roll the tortilla up, and enjoy!
Optional Step: Place rolled up wrap in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray and toast each side of the wrap over medium heat until golden brown!
