1 Avocado (250 grams)
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 cup Cooked chicken breast (8 oz)
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cupCherry tomatoes

4 leaves Lettuce
Cut and dice avocado, chicken breast, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
In a medium bowl, mash avocado to your personal taste and stir in lemon or lime juice. Stir in chicken, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss in cilantro or parsley if desired. Serve chicken salad in lettuce wraps.
