Ingredients:
2 cups Old fashioned oats
1 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
1/3 cup Maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup protein powder
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Place dry ingredients in blender and blend until smooth flour forms. Pour the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Divide among 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy, or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
