• 2 ounces salmon (or chicken-grilled or canned) • 1 egg • Slice tomato and lettuce • 1 slice turkey bacon • Optional mustard or other veggies


Directions:

Prepare your egg any way you wish. Combine ingredients. Serve with small garden salad, carrots, or light yogurt.
